PS5/24 – This new regulatory requirement won’t be new to most of you – you will already have some sort of ‘orderly wind-down’ plan as part of your response to other regulatory imperatives (ILAAP, RRP, etc).
This Prudential Regulation Authority policy statement provides feedback to consultation paper (CP) 10/23. It also contains the PRA’s final policy, read the full statement here.
You will also already be familiar with the FCA’s Wind-down Planning Guide (‘WDPG’), which provides a useful checklist.
If you didn’t see our last newsletter, we have recently published an updated video of our ALM software ‘K-ALM’ incorporating EVE and NII scenario testing.
Take a look at the full video by clicking here. Let me know if you want more information on any of this – always happy to chat.
