Paul Ashton
Paul has held senior risk and origination positions at GE Capital, United Bank of Kuwait, Citibank, and Arbuthnot Latham Merchant Bank, majoring in structured, asset and infrastructure financing. Turned management consultant in 2002, he has led and supported regulatory and best practice governance, risk and compliance projects, including capital and liquidity risk management assignments in the UK, Europe and Africa. Paul’s wide sphere of expertise in this area ensures that KnowCo’s solutions are continually kept up to date and remain aligned with regulatory standards.
Lise Land
Lise holds a PhD in Expert Systems and Statistics. She has held senior positions with Unisys and Deloitte, where she was responsible for business development as well as project delivery to major UK banks and government departments. Lise has delivered significant risk and compliance projects for several banks, including Barclays, Credit Suisse, and RBS, as well as asset management and broking firms. She has also implemented change programs that integrate compliance processes with business operations. Lise coordinates project delivery for clients and oversees KnowCo’s product development activities.
